Our journey begins at our farms, where indigenous Gir cows are raised with proper nutrition, ethical care, and a natural lifestyle. Their well-being is the foundation of our pure A2 milk.
Fresh A2 milk is collected daily with care to preserve its freshness and natural quality before the Bilona process begins.
Unlike commercial ghee, we first convert fresh milk into curd through natural fermentation. This traditional step forms the foundation of authentic Bilona Ghee.
The curd is slowly hand-churned using a traditional wooden Bilona to naturally separate fresh makkhan (butter) from the buttermilk.
The freshly churned makkhan is gently heated over a slow flame until it transforms into rich, golden Bilona Ghee with its authentic aroma and flavour.
Before it reaches your home, every batch undergoes rigorous quality checks to ensure it meets our standards of purity, consistency, and freshness.
